K.S. Cheng Memorial Scholarship
The purpose of the K.S. Cheng Memorial Scholarship fund
is to provide assistance to undergraduate or graduate students enrolled
in the Colleges of Arts & Sciences. These awards are made possible
by Mrs. K.S. Cheng to commemorate the late Mr. Cheng’s accomplishments
and commitment to contribute to community needs. Mr. Cheng was a
successful entrepreneur who dearly valued education.
Up to two awards of $1,000 each will be made. Full-time upper division
undergraduates with a declared Arts and Sciences major and classified graduate
students pursuing a degree in the Arts & Sciences at UH Manoa. Applicant
must have some degree of financial need. Preference will be given to students of
Chinese ancestry.
